Linux Mall Returns Policies
This document outlines our policies in regard to items needing to
be returned to the Linux Mall.
We guarantee our products.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on nearly every product we sell.
If you are not completely satisfied with a product you buy from us,
you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding
shipping and handling.
The returned product can have been opened, but must be undamaged.
If you have written on anything, it must be considered damaged.
All parts of the product must be returned together.
This includes media, manuals, registration materials, packaging, and even
advertising materials that may have been inside the product box (you may
keep advertising materials that were outside the product box, shipped along
In the case of try-before-you-buy software, this refund guarantee does not
apply to any purchased licenses or activation keys.
Simply Call or email
for an RMA (Return Materials Authorization). Be sure to indicate
the invoice number, and our part number and the name of the item you are
returning in your message.
When you get your RMA number, be sure to mark the package clearly with it,
and send the package to:

We will issue either Linux Mall credit against future purchases, or
refund money in the same way it was paid. If you used a credit card,
a refund will be issued to the same card you charged the order on.
In those rare cases where the wrong product is placed in the box
by our warehouse,
but the correct product is on the invoice, please call and ask for
an exchange. In those cases, you will not be required to pay for
shipping and handling to return the wrong product to us or for us
to ship the right one to you.
In the case of a refused package that is returned to us, we must still
pay for shipping & handling, so you still owe us the price or shipping
and handling both for the product to be shipped out, and possibly also
to return it if the carrier charges us for doing so.
