    Metrowerks Happily Honeymooning with Lineo

    Metrowerks, the Motorola subsidiary that invested $22.5 million in their new embedded Linux partner Lineo on September 25, is happily settling into what the company hopes will be a long and lucrative relationship.

    Greg Stoner, vice president of marketing for Metrowerks, said the subsidiary was the "lead for Motorola on this investment, providing an entry into the open source movement and establishing a strong presence in Linux, particularly embedded Linux, for future applications."

    Digital Creations, Kaivo Helps Developers Wash Their Brains Out With Zope
